We appreciate your support of the NAACP and the work that we do in the community. Thank you for supporting for our 2025 Flint Branch Freedom Fund Celebration. The event was be held on September 20, 2025 at St. Michael’s Event Center, Our guest speaker was be Rev. Dr. Wendell Anthony, a member of the NAACP National Board of Directors. In addition, he is serving his 15th term as President of the Detroit Branch NAACP. Last year’s theme, “The Fierce Urgency of Now!”, drawing inspiration from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s enduring call to action. It reflects the Branch’s steadfast commitment to advancing civil rights, closing racial disparities, and investing in Genesee County’s future.
We are dedicated to fulfilling our mission in gearing up to fight the voter suppression legislation, as well as voter education and empowerment, education disparities, ensuring we are viable in all areas of inequality.
